Due to the nature of our products being personalized, we do not accept any returns or provide refunds after the unit has shipped, due to buyers remorse. If you do have an issue with your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will rectify the situation.
Current production times were listed on the item, in the “shipping & policies” tab and can also be found on your invoice on Etsy.com. This is an estimate only and VARIES with order volume.
We do NOT accept cancellations due to needing your item sooner if we did not agree upon a date prior to purchasing.
